10 Apps with $10+ Sign-up Bonuses

At the time of this writing, the following companies are offering bonuses of $10 or more when you sign up as a new customer. Read through the list to see which of these services interest you.

1. Swagbucks

Swagbucks is a GPT (get-paid-to) site that will give you a $10 credit bonus for signing up as a new member.

Swagbucks lets you earn points (Swagbucks) for completing online surveys, watching videos, playing games, shopping online, etc.

You can also earn points when you take the Swagbucks daily poll, invite your friends to join, or buy gift cards through the Swagbucks website.

Each SB you earn is only worth $.01. However, the points can add up quickly, especially if you do a lot of online shopping. As you accumulate points, they can be transferred to your PayPal account as cash.

You can also redeem your points for various gift cards from popular retailers. Anyone 13 and over is eligible to join Swagbucks. Learn more in our Swagbucks review.

2. Ibotta

Ibotta pays you to shop at its partner stores in person and online, and you’ll receive a $10 bonus when you spend your first $30 within the app.

Here’s how it works. The Ibotta app displays offers from various stores. For example, you might get $1 off of a particular brand of sour cream or off of any brand of bread.

Once you add the offer to your Ibotta shopping list, you’re halfway there. After you purchase the item, submit a photo of your receipt via the app, and your Ibotta account will be credited for the savings within 24 hours.

Deals are categorized by retailers such as Walmart or Target, and you can filter by grocery section as well, such as health and beauty or produce.

Shopping online with the Ibotta app works a bit differently. Just access the store you want to shop at through the Ibotta portal, and you can get up to 30% of your purchase back in cash.

You can also earn bonuses with Ibotta to get even more money. Bonuses are awarded in three different ways: Brand or category-specific, non-specific, and referral bonus.

Ibotta partners with thousands of retailers. See the Ibotta website for more information on bonuses, earnings, and more.

3. Tada

Tada is a grocery shopping app that gives you cash back on groceries. And when you sign up as a new member, you get a $15 welcome bonus (as of this writing).

You’ll also get a $10 cashback bonus on your first order. All you have to do is download the Tada app and scan your receipts after you do your grocery shopping.

Be sure to click the Activate Cash Back button on your Tada app. You can earn cash back on all sorts of grocery purchases, including basics such as milk and eggs.

When you’re ready to cash out, you can request that the money be transferred to your PayPal account. Or, you can choose to use the cash you’ve earned to get popular store gift cards (Best Buy, Amazon, Visa, etc.)

Some of the gift card options are discounted as well. You can use Tada when you shop in-store and when you make online purchases too.

As long as you’re scanning your receipts, you have the potential to earn cash back.

4. Moomoo

Moomoo is an online investment platform that was launched in 2018. There are no commissions and no minimum account balance requirements when you open a self-directed trading account. You can buy stocks, options, ETFs, and more with Moomoo.

And when you open a new Moomoo account and deposit at least $100, you’ll get up to 15 free stocks valued between $3 and $2000.

Moomoo’s features include a suite of investment tools, AI support, and US-based investment specialists to help you as well.

Note that while there are no trading fees with Moomoo, they do charge $0.65 per options contract. Other fees may also apply, such as international trading fees.

5. Opinion Inn

Opinion Inn is a survey company that will pay you $10 just for signing up. Once you’ve registered, you’ll have an opportunity to complete surveys on a wide variety of subjects.

You’ll notice survey invites arriving in your inbox based on the information you provided in your customer profile. You get paid between $0.20 and $20 for each completed survey, depending on the length of the survey and other factors. Each survey is a different length, but Opinion Inn will let you know the approximate length of the survey upfront.

Survey information gathered by Opinion Inn is used by marketing companies and corporations so they can learn how to develop better products and services.

6. Acorns

Acorns is an investment app that helps you save and invest more when you create your user profile and share your financial goals.

And when you sign up for a new Acorns account and set up a recurring deposit of $5 or more, you’ll get a $20 bonus by using this special Wallet Hacks link

Along with recurring deposits, Acorns has a feature called Round-Ups. Here’s how it works:

  1. You link your main checking account to your Acorns account
  2. Anytime you make a purchase with your debit card, Acorns rounds up the purchase and puts the change in your investment account
  3. Your investment account grows automatically.

According to Acorns, the average investor invests $166 every four months with just the Round-Ups feature alone. Acorns has a monthly fee of $3 and includes a checking account and debit card as well as the investment account. Learn more in our Acorns review.

7. Rakuten

Rakuten is a cash back shopping site that will pay you $10 when you sign up and spend at least $25 on your first purchase.

Here’s how the site works. After you sign up, log in to your Rakuten account. From there, you can use the Rakuten portal to access over 3,000 online retailers.

When you visit a retailer through Rakuten and purchase items from that retailer, you’ll earn the specified amount of cash back from that retailer.

Each Rakuten retail partner offers different cash back percentages. As of this writing, some examples include:

  • 8% cash back at Adidas
  • 4% cash back at Old Navy
  • 10% at Dell Technologies online
  • Up to 8% cash back at Sam’s Club
  • 10% cash back at Bloomingdale’s online

Many other retailers partner with Rakuten.

Note that you have to complete your purchase during the session you started through the Rakuten portal. If you don’t, you won’t earn your cash back. For more details, check out our full Rakuten review.

Bonus: When you refer a friend to Rakuten, and they sign up using your referral code, you’ll earn cash back on that referral. Rakuten will pay you $30 for every friend you refer who signs up with your referral code once they spend their first $30 on the site.

8. TopCashback

TopCashback is a cash back shopping site that will give you a $10 bonus when you sign up as a new customer and make your first purchase through the portal.

As with Rakuten, you need to access the stores through the TopCashback portal. When you add items to your cart and complete your purchase all in the same session, you’ll earn the cash back amount specified by the specific store you’re shopping at.

Unlike some sites that take a cut of the cash back earnings, TopCashback credits you with the full cash back paid by the retailer.

It takes approximately seven days for TopCashBack to credit your account. You can then withdraw your earnings via PayPal or a transfer to your bank account.

Like Rakuten, TopCashback has a referral program. When you refer a friend who signs up with your designated referral code and that friend earns at least $10 in cash back, you’ll get a $10 bonus awarded to your account.

9. BeFrugal

BeFrugal works similarly to Rakuten and TopCashback. It’s a cash back shopping site that will pay you when you shop online through the BeFrugal portal.

According to BeFrugal, it’s the highest paying cash back shopping site, guaranteed. The amount of cash back you’ll earn at each individual store is listed on the BeFrugal website.

As with other similar sites, you need to access the stores you want to shop at through the BeFrugal portal. You also must complete your purchase during the same session where you accessed the store through the portal. If you don’t follow these steps, you will not earn your cash back.

In order to qualify for the $10 sign up bonus, you need to earn $10 or more in payable cash back when you shop.

When you do, your bonus will be credited to your account. You can receive your earned cash back via PayPal, direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle, or receive a gift card with your earnings.

BeFrugal partners with over 5,000 retailers, including Walmart, Macy’s, Best Buy, Target, and Amazon.

10. Webull

Webull is an online investing platform that helps you invest in stocks and ETFs with no minimum balance requirement and no commissions

The platform allows for fractional trading as well. And when you sign up using our special Wallet Hacks affiliate link, Webull will give you up to 12 free fractional shares, valued between $3 and $3,000 each.

You can also invest in options, OTCs, and crypto with Webull. See the fee schedule to find out what Webull charges for investing in options, OTCs, and cryptocurrencies
