Paze Spend $10, Get $10 Back Promotion: Get $100 per Credit Card

Paze is a digital wallet offered by the same company that gave you Zelle and they have this incredible promotion where they will give you a $10 statement credit whenever you spend $10 or more using Paze. You can do this up to ten times before September 10th, 2026 per card. You can read their PR release of the offer.

Paze works a lot like other digital wallets. When you go to a merchant that offers Paze, you can select it as a payment option. Then check out as normal.

The first time you use it, you have to set it up and link up your cards. In subsequent visits, you just pick the card you wish to use for that transaction.

Most of the major credit card issuers are involved with Paze including Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, US Bank, Wells Fargo, and Citi.

🔴 UPDATE 6/16/26 3PM: Sadly, the “free gift card hack at Newegg” no longer works. Newegg has updated their Paze site to indicate it is no longer available for “subscriptions, pre-orders, backorders, trade-in orders, third-party gift cards (digital or physical).”

According to Dans Deals, they will honor the promotion for any transactions prior to Newegg disabling Paze for gift cards (Dans Deals also lists $10 items that will qualify).

You can still get $10 statement credits on Paze orders, but it's now just essentially a $10 discount per purchase (up to ten per card).

How to take advantage of this offer

Newegg will sell you $10 gift cards delivered via email and Newegg accepts Paze. (or you can just shop as normal and accept $10 off your purchases at various merchants)

People are just buying $10 gift cards from Newegg.

I did it this morning and when you check out with Paze, they even tell you about the offer:

You could do this ten times for every single card that works with Paze. That's $100 in gift cards for every eligible card in your wallet.

Remember, the $10 statement credit is per transaction. You'll want to make ten separate purchases of $10 gift cards.

NOTE: Newegg does have a 48-hour restriction on gift card purchases, tracked at the billing address, household, and payment method level. They only let you buy 5 gift cards from the same store and/or denomination, this isn't new and isn't related to this Paze promotion. A workaround is buying a different denomination, or waiting.

Tip: Avoid merchants with wonky gift card rules

Here's a quality of life tip – avoid merchants with inconvenient gift card rules. Let me give you an example.

As a regular purchaser of Chipotle, their app only lets add one gift card at a time. And you can only use one gift card per app order. Which makes $10 gift cards a real pain to use in the app. You can multiple cards in person, just not on the app.

You want to pick a merchant, like Starbucks, that lets you combine gift cards so it's easier to use. Or a merchant that lets you use multiple gift cards at checkout (Home Depot lets you use up to 10).

Act quickly

UPDATED: Chase just updated their terms to exclude Newegg purchases from the 10X bonus, as reported by a Reddit user. This does not exclude it from the Paze promotion but I'd see this as a signal it may be coming soon.

I'm seeing information about this everywhere online – including this extension discussion on Reddit. Also, it's taking Newegg some time to process the transactions. Some people are expressing concern about the $10 statement credit, which won't happen immediately, but I'm not.

The terms are pretty clear. When I made my purchase earlier, the checkout flow showed me the promotional details (in the screenshot above) so I'm confident my purchase was eligible. And I'm buying gift cards, which are legitimate, so if there is an issue, I won't have lost any money. Just time and hassle.

Given the attention on this deal, I wouldn't be surprised if this offer ended or was updated before September.
